Structure of YJV cable
The components of YJV cables from the inside out are conductors, polyethylene insulators, fillers (such as nylon and PVC composite materials), and PVC outer sheaths. Conductors are mostly copper cores, and currently copper conductors are the most widely used conductor material on the market. Aluminum conductors are less commonly used due to poor conductivity and lack of standards; The filling material is mostly made of materials such as nylon, which serves to protect the cable core and is equivalent to putting a piece of clothing on the cable core; If it is an armored power cable, a layer of steel tape armor will be added between the filler and the sheath, with the purpose of burying the cable underground to have a compressive effect. The steel tape armor YJV cable model is YJV22; PVC sheath is a common PVC material we use.

Structure of VV cables
The components of VV cables from the inside out are conductors, insulation layer, filling layer, (steel strip layer), and sheath layer. The most commonly used conductor material on the market today is copper conductor; The insulation layer and outer sheath material are both polyvinyl chloride, which is PVC plastic. The filling layer is generally made of some relatively soft nylon materials. In order to prevent direct contact and compression between the internal conductors of the cable, VV cables with steel tape armor are VV22 cables. The function of steel tape armor is to withstand pressure and can be used for burial.

working temperature 
01. The maximum rated working temperature of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable conductors is 90 ℃, which is higher than that of PVC insulated and polyethylene insulated cables, so the current carrying capacity of the cable is further increased
02. The short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃, and the longest time shall not exceed 5 seconds.
03. Installation and laying temperature: The installation and laying temperature of the cable shall not be lower than 0 ℃; (1) Laying in the air: ambient temperature of 40 ℃; (2) Laying in soil: ambient temperature of 25 ℃.
