Product introduction
WDZB1 flame retardant wire, with a flame retardant combustion performance level of B1, meets the B1 level combustion performance requirements of GB 31247 for cables and optical cables. This structural design not only ensures the height of flame propagation, but also effectively controls the total amount of gas generated and the speed of combustion to a low level. Flame retardant performance grade B1 cable is an energy-saving, flame-retardant, and environmentally friendly product. This product is mainly suitable for places with a rated voltage of 35kV and below, where the population is relatively dense and the flame retardant combustion grade is high.

Product application
According to the requirements of the new version of DGJ 08-2048-2016 "Code for Electrical Fire Protection Design of Civil Buildings" and GB 50016-2018 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings":
1. For super high-rise buildings, wires and cables with combustion performance of B1 level or above, gas toxicity of t0 level, and combustion droplet/particle level of d0 level should be selected;
2. For a class of high-rise buildings and densely populated public places, the combustion performance of wires and cables should be selected as B1 level combustion performance, T1 level gas toxicity, and d1 level combustion droplets/particles;
3. For other buildings, under normal indoor conditions, wires and cables with a combustion performance not lower than B3 level can be selected;
4. The ability of wires and cables laid in bundles to suppress flame spread should comply with the provisions of the current national standard GB/T18380.3 "Combustion Test for Cables under Flame Conditions Part 3: Combustion Test Methods for Bundled Wires and Cables", and appropriate cable types should be selected based on the installation method of wires and cables. B1 cables are required to be used in super high-rise buildings and Class I high-rise buildings in civil construction. At the same time, B1 cables will be widely used in densely populated public places such as high-rise buildings, shopping malls, schools, subway stations, airports, sports venues, and exhibition halls.
