Product introduction
Computer cable belongs to electrical equipment cable, this cable is suitable for rated voltage 500V and below for high interference requirements of electronic computers and automation instruments. According to the requirements of different environments and devices, the cable insulation can be polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and crosslinked polyb.
The core insulation of the computer cable is made of low density polyethylene with good chemical stability. Polyethylene has high insulation resistance, good voltage resistance, small dielectric coefficient and medium loss affected by temperature and frequency, which can not only meet the requirements of transmission performance, but also ensure the service life of the cable.

Shielding computer cable characteristics
1. Rated voltage (U0/U):300/500V
2. Long-term operating temperature is 70℃
3. The ambient temperature during laying shall not be lower than: -40℃ for fixed laying and -15℃ for non-fixed laying
4. Bending radius: the unarmored layer should be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the cable with armored layer should be not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable
5. At 20℃, the insulation resistance should not be less than 2500MΩ·Km after stable charging for 1min at 500V DC voltage test
6. There should be continuous routes between each pair of stranding shields and between the pair of stranding shields and the total shield
Between the core and the core of the cable and between the shields should be subjected to 50HZ, AC 2000V voltage test for 5 minutes without breakdown
