The same specification aluminum core wire carrying capacity is about 0.7 times of the copper core, the selection of aluminum core wire is a larger specification than the copper core wire, the cross-linked polyethylene insulation can be selected as a small size, and the fire-resistant wire and cable should be selected as a larger specification.

2. The calculated capacity in this table is based on three-phase 380V, Cosφ = 0.85. If single-phase 220V, Cosφ = 0.85, the capacity should be ×1/3.

3. When the ambient temperature is high or the application method is used, its safe carrying capacity will decrease, and larger specifications should be selected at this time; When used for frequent starting motors, 2 to 3 specifications should be selected.

4. The PVC insulated wire in this table is calculated according to the method of single overhead laying. If it is laid through pipes or multiple cables, the larger 2 to 3 specifications should be selected.
