First, cable sheath information: PVC
The cable material is made of PVC as the base resin, adding stabilizer, plasticizer, inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate, additives and lubricants, etc., through mixing, kneading and extrusion. Polyvinyl chloride can be manufactured to be used in a variety of environments and applications. It is low cost, flexible, properly stable and has a fire/oil resistant material. However, this material contains harmful substances to the environment and human body, and there are many problems when used in special environment. With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the improvement of data function requirements, higher requirements are put forward for PVC data.
Second, cable sheath information: PE
Due to its excellent electrical insulation function and outstanding processing function, polyethylene is widely used as the covering material of wire and cable, mainly used in the insulation layer and sheath layer of wire and cable. Excellent electrical function and extremely high insulation resistance. Polyethylene can be strong and very hard, but low-density PE (LDPE) is more flexible and has the best moisture resistance. Properly manufactured PE has excellent weather resistance. The linear molecular structure of polyethylene makes it easy to deform at high temperatures, so in the use of PE in wire and cable occupations, polyethylene is often cross-linked into a network structure, so that it also has a strong resistance to deformation at high temperatures.
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are used for wire and cable insulation materials, but XLPE wire and cable is more environmentally friendly than PVC wire and cable, and it has better application functions.
Cable acceptance requirements:
(1) The iron or wooden tray winding the cable should be intact, and the iron or wooden plate surface should have a factory label indicating the manufacturer's title, the implementation standard, the cable title, specifications and models, rated voltage, cable length, gross weight, plate number, manufacturing date, and the arrow indicating the correct direction of rotation of the cable tray.
(2) Cable identification should be clear, complete, complete, part of the cable should have the manufacturer's special mark line, or every 300mm within the manufacturer's title and manufacturing year of the mark belt.
(3) The anti-corrosion maintenance layer on the surface of various cables should have no shortcomings such as cracking, mechanical damage and flattening; Bare steel tape armouring should be lubricated flat, no corrosion and coated with asphalt oil; Maintenance layer asphalt should not melt and lose phenomenon; The surface of the load-bearing detection cable should be lubricated and rounded, and there should be no skipping, scratching or rust phenomenon.
(4) Both ends of the oil-impregnated paper insulation and oil-filled and inflatable cables should be sealed and contacted, and there should be no leakage.
(5) The cable should be tightly wound on the cable tray, there should be no slack cross, the diameter of the cable tray is not less than 50 times the outer diameter of the cable; The two ends of the cable should be wrapped, the inner end should be led from the hole to the outer side of the disc and fixed with a maintenance box to prevent abrasion, the outer end is fixed on the inside, and the packaging disc should be nailed with a maintenance plate around.
