1. Power cables are directly buried

Direct buried laying is the cable directly buried in the ground, with small investment, convenient construction and good heat dissipation conditions and other advantages, is an economic and widely used laying method. Using this laying method, there must be a certain sand layer interval between the cables laid side by side, so that when one cable fails, the possibility of spreading to another cable is reduced, and the reliability of power supply is improved. However, this laying method of cable is vulnerable to erosion of corrosive substances in the ground, and it is inconvenient to find faults and repair cables, especially when the soil is frozen in winter. This method is suitable for underground barrier-free, soil does not contain serious acid, alkali, salt corrosive media, cable number is less occasions, such as suburbs or vehicle traffic is not too frequent places.

2. Power cable trench laying

Cable trench laying can be used in the production equipment of power plants, transformer and distribution stations and general industrial and mining enterprises. However, it is not appropriate to use cable trench laying in areas where the groundwater level is too high, otherwise there will be water in the ditch for many years, which is inconvenient to maintain. If the water contains corrosive media, the cable will be damaged, which is the case in chemical enterprises. 3. Laying the power cable tube

The installation method of laying the cable in the row formed by the buried cable protection tube is called the row laying. When laying multiple cables in the main trunk lines of urban blocks, pipe rows can be used when it is not suitable to build cable trenches and cable tunnels. The possibility of external damage and mechanical damage to the cable is reduced by the laying of the row pipe. Reduce the chemical corrosion of the cable by harmful substances in the soil; Replacing old cables or laying new ones can be done without having to dig up the pavement. The laying cost of the row pipe is moderate, and it has become a widely used cable laying method.

4. Laying of power cable tunnel

A cable structure containing a large number of cables, a channel for installation and inspection, and a fully enclosed cable structure is called a cable tunnel. Cable tunnel laying is a kind of cable installation method to lay cables in underground tunnels. Cable tunnel laying and maintenance is convenient, can implement various forms of status monitoring of cable lines, easy to find abnormal conditions in operation, cable tunnel buried underground depth is large, so that the cable is not easy to be damaged by various external forces, and can accommodate many cables. But it is a large one-time investment, there is leakage phenomenon, heavier than air mixture into the tunnel will threaten safety. This method is suitable for power mains with low water table and more concentrated cable lines, and more than 30 power cables are generally laid.
