Incineration treatment

Incineration treatment is generally the use of the flammability of plastics in cables and wires, and the selection of incineration treatment to recycle the metal materials in cables and wires. It is a kind of initial scrap metal recycling method, which has been completely banned in our country, and is a kind of eliminated scrap metal recycling method.

Wire stripping

This method is widely used in processing plants for the disassembly of large-diameter cable lines. As shown in the following figure, the right roller servo motor pushes the upper and lower right rollers to move the clamped production and processing line up and down; The indentation machine servo motor drives the upper and lower two indentation machines to the reverse direction of fitness movement, according to the control of the upper and lower indentation machine in the middle of the offset, to complete the role of peeling and cutting line;

The left roller servo motor pushes the upper and lower left rollers to move the clamped production line up and down; Twisted wire wheel servo motor drives the upper and lower left roller to the reverse direction of the front and back left and right fitness movement to complete the twisting line function. In which the twisted wire wheel and the left roller refer to the same roller in physics.

This method has a good practical effect on the disassembly of large diameter national standard cables. However, because of its strong human support, the productivity of small and medium-sized diameter cable is too low, the level of automation technology is poor, and the sorting of the type of cable is poor.

Ultra-low temperature crushing method

Ductile raw materials exhibit a variety of plastic deformation, viscosity and malleability individual behaviors during crushing production and processing. It is generally believed that the key to the pulverization of particulate matter is the harm of the following three factors: temperature, impact rate, particle size distribution, and these three independent variables control the generation and level of pulverization. The crushed goods are discharged through the porous structure wheel spacer, and the steam discharged from the impact crusher is purified by the filter device.

At this stage, ultra-low temperature crushing technology has been used in the crushing of waste circuit boards and waste cables. Under liquid nitrogen refrigeration, waste circuit boards and waste cables become brittle and very easy to break, but the cost of ultra-low temperature crushing liquid nitrogen refrigeration equipment is high.

Mechanical equipment crushing and screening method

The key of mechanical pulverization method consists of two modules: crushing and screening. The waste cable is converted into a certain limit of particulate matter module through the crushing module, and then the copper and plastic screens are separated by the screening module to obtain pure copper and plastic.

The discarded cable is transmitted to the primary and intermediate mill (triangular blade mill) through the feeding conveyor belt, the primary and intermediate pulverized material is separated by the magnetic separation equipment to the sieve, the separated sieve gives the large particles to the copper rice mill 1, the smaller copper rice mill 2, the crushed raw materials are transmitted to the vibrating dice by spiral, and the bottom of the dice is equipped with a fan.
